NYSBA Workers Compensation Program

The NYSBA is pleased to offer brewery members a Workers Compensation Program administered by Gilroy Kernan & Gilroy. This is an exclusive benefit that helps support breweries and the organization. 

A Safety Group has been established for your benefit and not only offers competitive rates on mandatory insurance while also providing an annual dividend to you and the NYSBA. Your participation in the Group is highly encouraged.

Sexual Harassment Compliance

Every employer in New York State is required to adopt a sexual harassment prevention policy. The NYSBA has an exclusive relationship with WeVow for this service and for tracking and responding to reported incidents of sexual harassment. Crowd Sourced Funding Program

Use of Think NY, Drink NY® Trademark

Member breweries have the right and are encouraged to use the Think New York, Drink New York® badge on all glassware, menus, labels and cans. The more the mark is used, the easier it is for consumers to recognize and support NYS craft beer.
