Code of Conduct Complaint Intake Form
Please review the following documents prior to submitting a complaint.
Thank you for your interest in working toward a craft brewing community marked by honesty, integrity, and adherence to federal, state, and local laws. When filing a complaint, please recognize that the Brewers Association will share the information it contains with the member(s) that are the subject of the complaint. The New York State Brewers Association may also identify the complaining member(s) to the member(s) subject to the complaint if, in the judgment of the New York State Brewers Association, the nature of the complaint warrants disclosure. While neither the parties nor the New York State Brewers Association shall make public statements about these proceedings while they are ongoing (excepting only the New York State Brewers Association confirming that proceedings are underway), the New York State Brewers Association will release a public statement at the end of each proceeding in order to inform members and the public about the nature of alleged Code of Conduct violation and any action taken. Any complaint found to be knowingly false or misleading, or filed for an improper purpose, may subject the complaining member to discipline. Without limitation, any complaint that is based on or motivated by competitive considerations will be treated as filed for an improper purpose. PLEASE NOTE: Only alleged violations of the New York State Brewers Association Member Code of Conduct that occurred on or after the date of issuance of the New York State Brewers Association Member Code of Conduct, or January 1, 2021, are eligible for filing and review.
