Board Meetings

  1. The entire Board of Directors will meet two (2) times per year and hold monthly conference calls
    1. Winter Meeting: 2 day retreat in Cooperstown to assess and establish strategic planning, committee goals, budget approval & camaraderie.
    2. Spring Meeting (May): Albany Lobby Day – Over night in Albany highly recommended
  2. Meetings are mandatory for board members (reasonable excuses can be allowed by the board). Attendance is recorded.
