How do I register for the Conference?
All attendees (brewery representatives, allied members, sponsors, exhibitors) must register online. The link will be available by December 1, 2019.
What is the deadline for registering for the 2020 Conference?
Friday, March 20, 2020 unless the Conference sells out sooner.
What does my Conference registration include?
Everything! There is only 1 type of registration which includes the Exhibit Hall, keynote addresses, receptions and all of the breakout sessions. Only the Off-flavor classes require additional registration and payment.
How many attendees are expected?
We anticipate selling out with 550 attendees this year. (2018 = 300, 2019 = 475)
Does Conference registration include the Festival?
The Conference and Festival are two separate events. The Conference is an industry event for brewers and businesses serving the brewing industry. The Festival is a consumer tasting event.
How can I use my Allied Member Festival ticket allotment?
Allied members receive 2 General Admission or 1 VIP ticket to any one of the three Festivals. Email meghan [at] newyorkcraftbeer.com to be put on the Will Call list if you’d like to use your tickets for Albany.
How can I book a hotel room for the Conference and/or Festival?
Discounted rooms at the Desmond Hotel are available. We do expect the hotel to sell out so please book your room early. BOOK NOW.
What if the Desmond is sold out?
Hotel Indigo, directly across the street from the Desmond Hotel, is offering a discounted rate to Conference attendees.
When will the Exhibit Hall be open?
The exhibit hall will be open 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 2 and Friday, April 3.
How many registrations do exhibitors receive?
Exhibitors receive 2 registrations.
Where will beer be available?
There will be beer stations throughout the exhibit halls as well as in the hospitality suites.
